We launched our Creole Red Beans as a limited-edition product in honor of Black History Month but as a result of the consumer excitement and sales, A Dozen Cousins made it part of the line permanently. This dish has roots in African, French and Spanish cuisine but its true birthplace is the great state of Louisiana. In fact, the love for red beans runs so deep in New Orleans that jazz legend Louis Armstrong used to sign his letters "Red beans and ricely yours."

The Beans Were Great; Order Management No So Much
I like your product. I used to buy at a retail store but decided to purchase directly from you. Bad experience. I understand you can have bottlenecks but the communications were awful and I received the product weeks later with no followup on the delay. I have decided to purchase the products only from retailer from now on. I don't have the time to deal with customer service.
Disappointed
The red beans look nothing like the photo. They have the consistency of refried beans. If I wanted that, I would have ordered the refried beans
